At Journey to Himalaya, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, we have created a cancellation policy to provide flexibility while also ensuring the smooth operation of our tours. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Cancellation by Guest

   • More than 30 days before the start of the tour: Full refund, minus a small processing fee.
   • 15 to 30 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
   • Less than 15 days before the start of the tour: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Journey to Himalaya

   • In the unlikely event that Journey to Himalaya needs to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or other external factors), we will provide you with a full refund or offer an alternative date for the tour.

3. Partial Cancellation for Group Bookings

   • If part of a group booking needs to be canceled, the cancellation terms above will apply to the individual who cancels. The remaining participants will still be required to meet the minimum group size for the tour.

4. No Show Policy

   • If a guest does not show up for the tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

5. Amendments to the Booking

   • Requests to modify a booking (e.g., changing the date or destination) will be accepted depending on availability and subject to additional charges. Amendments can only be made up to 7 days before the start of the tour.

6. Refund Process

   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the booking.
